Collect from the bouquet ready time, not only from the cafe opening time.
Anna receives the paid order with your phone number and selected date.
Available dates belong to the selected pick-up point. They are shown during booking after you choose the place.
Pick-up FAQ
What if I cannot collect my bouquet on the selected day?
That is okay. You can usually collect it the next day. The flowers are fresh and should last at least one week. If the missed pick-up runs into a weekend, please collect the bouquet by the end of that weekend at the latest.
Can I come as soon as the cafe or shop opens?
Please use the bouquet ready time shown for your pick-up point. Anna delivers flowers on a route, so the cafe or shop can be open before your bouquet has arrived.
