Practical answers for Weekly Wow bouquet pre-orders, pick-up times, missed collection, and secure checkout.
Important
Pick-up points can be open before the bouquets arrive. Please follow the bouquet ready time shown in checkout and on the pick-up point page.
That is okay. You can usually collect it the next day. The flowers are fresh and should last at least one week. If the missed pick-up runs into a weekend, please collect the bouquet by the end of that weekend at the latest.
Please use the bouquet ready time shown for your pick-up point. Anna delivers flowers on a route, so the cafe or shop can be open before your bouquet has arrived.
The checkout shows the next available dates for your selected pick-up point. If those dates do not fit, ask Weekly Wow via WhatsApp before paying.
The bouquet is reserved after Stripe confirms payment. Your selected pick-up point, date, bouquet time, and contact details stay attached to the paid order.
